Diagnostics
At Buitron Behavioral Health, comprehensive developmental evaluations are conducted by a licensed psychologist to help identify developmental, behavioral, and learning needs. Evaluations may assess concerns related to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual Disability (ID), Global Developmental Delay (GDD), and other developmental or behavioral conditions.
Our evaluations utilize standardized, evidence-based assessment tools recognized by insurance providers and diagnostic professionals. The evaluation process is designed to provide families with a clear understanding of their child's strengths, areas of need, and individualized recommendations for support and treatment.
Diagnostic evaluations typically begin with developmental screening and, when appropriate, proceed to a comprehensive diagnostic evaluation. Following the assessment, families receive feedback, recommendations, and guidance regarding available services and supports.
